We have had another fantastic week in 4A!

We began our new Music topic by learning all about Samba music. We found out that it is predominately heard in South America particularly Brazil and is played at big carnivals such as the one in Rio de Janeiro. We learnt about the four different instruments we will be using: ganzas, surdo drums, tambourims and agogo bells as well as the family of instruments they come from (percussion.) In Science, we worked with Miss Chadwick and looked at the different types of teeth and even had a chance to practice brushing teeth on a giant set. As you can see from the pictures, we had lots of fun doing this.
